This is a software that is worth a review. I liked this software very much and I also use it. Hope you too like this after reading this post or may be after using it.

VSO Image Resizer helps you to resize images to your custom area or to the presets that are given. This is a free software that is available for download on internet at this link.

The Features:

• It has many presets with itself if you don’t want to choose your own image length and width. Some of the presets are like normal resolutions suitable for laptops and different types of monitors. Some other unique presets are: Iphone, Iphone photo, Iphone video and Sony PSP resolutions.
• Apart from resizing, you also have option to convert images while resizing. Some of the formats that are present: (.BMP) (.GIF) (.PNG) (.JPG) (TIF).
• You can also set the quality of the output photos in comparison with the original.
• You can also add effects to images like Sepia, Borders, Inverting colours, Grayscale Conversion and Watermark Integration too!!
• This also enlarges (resizes) images to the destined length. Not only making images smaller. (It enlarges images only if it is within the resolution.
