Change The Function Of The Power Button In Your CPU

It will be so good if you could turn off your computer with just  a single switch like other appliances, without any formalities of shutting down etc. Ever wondered if that could happen?? Then you can do that yourself with just a simple trick. After performing this operation you can just switch of your computer by pressing the power button on your CPU.

This is a inbuilt feature in the XP Operating System. To get this into action you have to do a little change in the power option in your system. At first,

1. Right-click on any empty space on the desktop, and go to “Properties”.
2. Then, navigate to the “Screen Saver” tab.
3. Click on the “Power Options”, that is present in the right-bottom of the dialog box.
4. Select the “Advanced” tab. You can see the option that “When I press the power button on the computer”.
5. Select the function you want and the job is done.

You can now directly press the “Power” button on the computer and the desired function is done.
